Phone +995 555 560 093, email meatandsmoke.batumi@gmail.com. That's us — the people behind the smoker, and the counterparty on every order placed through this site.

These terms apply to every dine-in, takeaway and delivery order placed through this site. All prices on the menu are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order means you accept these terms — the same way walking into the smokehouse means you accept that the pit runs hot. If you don't agree, simply don't place the order.

You must place orders only for yourself, or on behalf of someone who has genuinely asked you to. Fake, prank, or fraudulent orders are strictly forbidden. That includes ordering food to an address you have no business sending it to, ordering under someone else's name without permission, or placing orders you have no intention of paying for.

If you place a fake or fraudulent order, you will be personally liable for all damages we incur as a result — including, but not limited to, the cost of food prepared, packaging, delivery driver time and fuel, staff time spent handling the order, and any reasonable administrative and legal costs of recovering those damages from you. We reserve the right to pursue these costs through every lawful means available, including referral to law enforcement and civil claims.

To deter abuse, we verify your phone number with a one-time SMS code before accepting an order. By submitting your number you confirm that it belongs to you and you consent to receive that verification SMS. The code is delivered through a third-party SMS provider; standard carrier rates may apply. We do not use the number for marketing.

You may pay by card on this site or in cash on collection or delivery. Card payments are processed through our acquiring bank's PCI-DSS-certified payment page; your card number, CVV and PIN are entered on the bank's page and are never seen or stored by us. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Refusing payment for an order you placed counts as a fake order under clause 03.

Delivery orders are dispatched as soon as the food comes off the smoker and out of the kitchen. Estimated times shown at checkout are best-effort and can shift with weather, traffic and pit load. We deliver within the Batumi city area; if your address falls outside our range, we'll call you to arrange collection or a refund of the order before firing it.

Hot food is prepared to order. Once an order has been fired to the kitchen it cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the food cannot be resold. Before the order is fired you may cancel by calling us on +995 555 560 093and we will refund the full amount to the same card you paid with, within five business days. If an item arrives not as described — wrong dish, missing item, or a quality issue you raise on receipt — call us straight away and we'll either remake it or refund the item, your choice.

The name, phone number, address and order notes you provide are used solely to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and to keep a record of it for accounting purposes. We don't sell or share them with anyone other than the third-party providers we rely on to make the order happen (our point-of-sale system, our SMS verification provider).

Once an order is fired to the kitchen, changes and cancellations are at our discretion — the smoker doesn't rewind. We'll do our best if you call us in time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Batumi unless we agree otherwise in writing.
